The AIIGS as a non-profit institute is governed by a fifteen (15) member Board of Trustees for a three (3) year term of office. Every office except those of the founding Trustees are elective. Election of officers shall be by secret ballot or by a show of hands as the occasion may warrant. Election shall take place after the report of the Presidents, Vice-Presidents and the Financial Officer or auditor. Any vacant position in the course of the three years shall be filled at the next quarterly meeting of the Trustees. The elected officers of the Board of Trustees consists of the Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer. The appointed officers of AIIGS include: President, Vice Presidents, Deans, Director of Admissions and Records, Director of Institutional Enhancement, Director of Distance Education, etc.
